Aufgaben

• Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, voluntary).
• Process enrollments, life events, eligibility changes, and terminations.
• Support 401(k) administration, loans, and inquiries.
• Assist with annual open enrollment and benefits education.
• Coordinate leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA) and return-to-work.
