CFS is seeking an HR Generalist specializing in Benefits and HRIS for an onsite role in Orlando. You will manage benefits programs, optimize HRIS, and support recruiting and onboarding across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong employee benefits administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS administration and reporting.
• Background supporting full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits administration, vendor relationships, open enrollment, and leave programs.
• Maintain and optimize the HRIS, including reporting, data management, and system enhancements.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from requisition through onboarding and orientation.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support business decisions.
• Support compensation, merit increases, and bonus administration processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
