Job summary

Fluid Motion, LLC, a premier boat manufacturer and the parent company of Ranger Tugs and Cutwater Boats, seeks an HR Generalist focused on Benefits and Employee Relations. This on-site role supports employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment, aligning HR programs with factory operations and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or multi-site setting.
• Experience in employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, guiding on employee relations, policies, performance management and workplace concerns.
• Investigate employee complaints and policy violations while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring resolution.
• Administer and manage benefits programs, enrollments, open enrollment, vendor coordination and issue resolution.
• Oversee leave of absence programs (FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, workers' comp) and return-to-work processes.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and orientation.
