Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR functions including benefits, leave, and policy training. You will enforce policies, handle inquiries, and participate in investigations with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.

The role offers a path to influence workplace culture across multiple offices, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law and strong collaboration with management. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA.
• Bilingual in English and other languages preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, filing and compliance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; HRIS and benefits database experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run daily HR functions including benefits and leave management.
• Train on company policies and HR procedures.
• Enforce company policies and practices.
• Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support HR initiatives and learning and development programs.
• Assist with job descriptions and career planning.
