Job summary

Facility Services Management, Inc. in Clarksville, TN, seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support benefits, retirement plans, leave administration, HR systems, reporting, compliance, and learning and development coordination.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will help deliver an excellent team-member experience and align HR operations with business goals, partnering with leaders to drive people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Four+ years HR experience preferred.
• Intermediate experience with HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Experience supporting unionized employees and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Lead benefits and program administration issue resolution.
• Coordinate open enrollment planning and processing.
• Maintain HR data, deductions, and related records.
• Prepare reports, analyses, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee leave administration and documentation.
• Support ERISA compliance and 401(k) tests.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and governance with Finance.
