Job summary

Stivers Staffing Services in Kansas City is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR functions across Missouri and Kansas. You will collaborate with leadership to uphold policies, maintain confidentiality, and improve processes to help level up the team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 4+ years in HR Generalist roles, with strong knowledge of employment regulations and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control and safeguard confidential information.

• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding and development initiatives.
