Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a family-owned manufacturing client in Clayton, North Carolina. The role supports full life cycle HR across a multi-site organization with both office and manufacturing operations.

The HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and leave management, while also supporting employee relations, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and HRIS to ensure seamless HR service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as HR Generalist or similar role in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll processing; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Support employee relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data confidentially; assist with payroll processing.
• Develop and implement HR policies to promote consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
• Support HR projects to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
• Assist with payroll processing and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote organizational consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
