Job summary

OpenFX is building the next generation of cross-border payment infrastructure and seeks an HR & People Operations Manager to lead the People function and shape our culture during rapid growth. You’ll own recruiting, onboarding, HR policy, compensation, HRIS, and employee development, while driving engagement and DEI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR operations or people management roles, preferably in fast-growing companies.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and people operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee skill development and leadership growth.
  • Lead and champion initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR & People Operations Manager to build and lead our People function. This role is crucial for shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and building the scalable HR infrastructure necessary to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and offers.

People Operations & Systems
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our values and comply with employment laws.

What we are looking for
Must-haves
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or people management roles, preferably in fast-growing companies.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and people operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
