Our client, a manufacturing organization in Shelby, Ohio, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. You will support daily HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with availability Monday through Friday.

As an HR Generalist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting daily operations and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Shelby, Ohio

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: 8-4 to be discussed
