Job summary

Hammes Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and leadership across all HR functions. You will handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across all areas of Human Resources and takes pride in creating a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and performance management. We're seeking someone who can work independently, handle sensitive matters with professionalism, and confidently support employees at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $70K

What You'll Do
