Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is assisting a client in Mooresville, NC to fill a full-time HR Generalist position. The role covers daily HR operations, payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting, and compliance to support a growing organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR and at least five years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems such as ADP or Paychex. In-office five days a week; competitive benefits package offered.

Job description

Primary Talent Partners is looking to help our client fill a full time HR Generalist role with awell-established organization in Mooresville, NC. This role is responsible for all daily needs of the HR department including payroll and human resources reporting activities.

Must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week.

Interviews will be conducted face to face

Salary - $60,000-$80,000 - depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

Payroll processing duties including:

• Collecting/verifying time sheets
• Data input/reconciliation in payroll system
• Payroll reporting for the Controller

• Administering HR benefit programs
• Reviewing/processing monthly benefit payments to providers.
• Maintain employee records and support HR compliance including I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
• Process employee updates and status changes.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including job posting, applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks and candidate communication.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment while ensuring compliance with required documentation.
• Coordinating with outside firms on benefit renewals, annual and compliance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with workers’ comp and drug testing policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software including ADP, Paychex or other similar tools.
