Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; preferred for payroll function.
• Proven experience as HR Specialist/Generalist, Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in payroll administration and processing.
• Strong knowledge of garnishments, payroll taxes, and labor legislation.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll software; knowledge of ATS.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

• Prepare, maintain, and update personnel and payroll records.
• Manage payroll processing accurately and on time, including deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and garnishments.
• Address payroll inquiries from management and employees.
• Review compensation and benefits packages and communicate eligibility.
