The successful candidate will manage payroll processes, stay compliant with regulations, and support HR initiatives, performance reviews, and policy development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for payroll function.
• Experience as HR Specialist, HR Generalist, Recruiter, Payroll Specialist, or similar.
• Proficiency in payroll administration and payroll services.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and labor laws.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, maintain, and update personnel and payroll records.
• Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, including deductions.
• Maintain organization charts, job descriptions, and salary records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
