Mission Regional Medical Center, a Prime Healthcare facility, is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations and policy administration. This full-time role covers multiple HR areas, including compliance with state and federal guidelines, and works with staff at all levels in a busy healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR, PHR/SPHR or related certification preferred, 1–2 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred), and strong

• Collaborates with management to support staffing, onboarding, training and performance processes.

The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures. The position performs high-level professional duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field preferred.

2. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.

3. 1-2 years experience in Human Resources or related field required; healthcare experience preferred.4. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.

5. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.
