Job summary

Kirco Management Services LLC is seeking an experienced Talent & Culture Generalist who balances recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leaders across the organization.

You’ll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent, supporting leaders, and helping our organization continue to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate experience.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new Associates.
• Support employee relations, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
• Assist with payroll administration and HRIS management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development.
• Assist with policy development and process improvements.
• Serve as a trusted resource for Associates and leadership.
