HR Generalist

Location

Hopkinton, MA (Hybrid – on site Tuesday to Thursday, remote other days)

Role Summary

Support daily HR operations, partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, and help shape employee experience and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations: corrective action, coaching, leave of absence, performance management, investigations, and compliance.
• Execute HR processes in HRIS and related systems: job changes, manager changes, reward and recognition payments, employee data updates.
• Support special projects: organizational training programs, career development initiatives, employee engagement, wellness events, and committee participation.
• Generate workforce reports and analytics: quarterly reporting, workforce planning data, attrition analysis, new hire metrics, and custom reports.
• Assist Talent Acquisition: job postings, resume sourcing, initial phone/video interviews, offer letters, job fairs, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation in HRIS/ATS and ensure compliance with EEO regulations and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting.

Salary

$65,000.00 – $70,000.00 (annual base pay). Bonuses, equity, and other benefits are possible and may depend on the level offered.
