Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Hesston, KS, seeks an HR Generalist to support the onsite team with comprehensive HR services, employee engagement and timely HR operations.

You will handle onboarding, timekeeping, safety initiatives and recruiting of hourly staff, while resolving employee relations issues in partnership with the HR Manager. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred and policy adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in multinational or distribution/logistics environment.
• Preferred fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

• Support timekeeping and payroll for salaried and hourly staff.
• Prepare reports and metrics to measure HR effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Overview

As an HR Generalist, you’ll support our local team on‑site, providing full HR support and driving employee engagement.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $56,000.00–$90,200.00 annually, based on experience and location.
