Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking an HR Generalist for an onsite role in St. James, MN. The position supports HR operations, employee relations, reporting, and engagement, with a focus on partnering with field leadership and ensuring alignment with company culture.

Typical schedule is 45 hours/week, Monday–Friday, remote relocation available. The candidate should have 2+ years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years without a degree, and Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred

• Demonstrated well-rounded HR Generalist exposure (ER, compliance, reporting, engagement).
• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred (majority Spanish-speaking workforce)

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance activities.

HR Generalist – Onsite | St. James, MN

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Open to Relocation

Location: St. James, MN

Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week (rare Saturday events). 45 hours/week.

About the Role:

The Human Resources Generalist partners with HR Field Operations leadership team and business partners, supporting a wide range of HR specialties in the field operations’ space, including the organization and analysis of metrics, assisting with project management of several HR initiatives, participation and/or leading continuous improvement programs that help clarify/align the field HR community and provides overall support for the HR field operation team’s initiatives, goals and objectives. This role will be an integral member of the HR team, focused on helping the field HR team be great business partners, help make great business decisions and ensures the team remains focused on positively impacting the people experience through cultural alignment, succession planning and project management support for a variety of strategic and administrative initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing / industrial experience preferred

• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred (majority Spanish-speaking workforce)
