HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As our HR Generalist, you will become a key part of creating a positive employee experience. You'll recruit talented individuals, guide new hires through onboarding, coordinate hiring requirements, and help employees feel welcomed from day one. You will support managers and team members with everyday HR needs, maintain important policies and documentation, keep the employee handbook up to date, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards. Every day, you will play an important role in helping employees succeed while strengthening the culture that makes Homestead Comfort a great place to work.
