Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and changes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist with payroll processing and HR reporting.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and training.
• Support employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
• Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment, and leaves.
