Job summary

WinChoice in the United States is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across payroll, benefits, onboarding, training and compliance. You will deliver exceptional internal service to employees and leaders while handling a variety of HR responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience, strong payroll processing skills (Paylocity a plus), and a demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Position Summary

The HR Generalist position provides comprehensive HR support across payroll, benefits, employee relations, onboarding, training and compliance — all while delivering exceptional internal customer service to our employees and leaders.

This position requires a self-starter with five years of HR experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a wide variety of responsibilities with professionalism, patience, approachability and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration – Process weekly payroll accurately and on time (experience with Paylocity a strong plus).
  • Benefits Administration – Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding – Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including electronic and physical data, orientation, and file setup; manage termination processes in compliance with company policy.
  • File & Data Management – Maintain organized and compliant personnel records, both physical and digital.
  • Employee Relations – Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance and resolution to HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Compliance – Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and federal, state, and local laws.
  • HR Department Support – Assist with projects, audits, reporting, and other initiatives to support company goals.
  • Internal Customer Service – Deliver timely, professional, friendly and solution-oriented service to all employees.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Paylocity experience a plus.
Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience across multiple functional areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
  • Benefits administration experience.
