Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviews, staffing coordination, new hire documentation, and recruiting agency relationships.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and maintain employee information in HR and benefits systems.
• Support attendance tracking, call-off administration, termination documentation, and other employee records.
• Assist with employee relations, coaching, disciplinary processes, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee benefits administration and HR-related employee communications.
• Help coordinate employee programs, company events, and morale initiatives.
• Partner with safety/EHS personnel regarding incidents, meetings, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Maintain onsite uniform inventory and assist with other HR projects as needed.
• Provide HR support to an additional manufacturing facility as required.

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually

Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM preferred; 8:00 AM start available. Eight working hours per day, excluding a 30- or 60-minute lunch.

Other Details

Work is primarily performed in an office within a manufacturing facility and may also involve warehouse or production areas. PPE may be required in designated areas. The environment may include noise, dust, fumes, or odors. Ability to lift or move approximately 20–50 lbs may occasionally be required.

This role may include additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs.
