Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll using ADP, including reviewing and correcting timesheets
• Generate and analyze standard and custom payroll reports
• Track and manage union dues manually
• Administer monthly expense reimbursements
• Assist with payroll-related projects and process improvements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all payroll processes

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and solid numerical aptitude
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and required legal postings
• Familiarity with EEO-1 or CRD (DFEH) reporting
• Understanding of Workers' Compensation and leave laws (CFRA/FMLA)
• Experience with LinkedIn Learning platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in a union environment is highly desirable

Location: Burbank, CA

Duration: 3+ months (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $30-$35/hr
