6 Degrees Search in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a hands-on, hybrid role.

You'll manage onboarding, HRIS transactions, employee relations and recruitment coordination, partnering with HR leadership to scale processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• HR Generalist or HR Operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work independently and own projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Paylocity and Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, cutting-edge healthcare organization in Burr Ridge that is looking to add an HR Generalist to its team. This is a great opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth and making a real impact in the healthcare space.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000--$85,000
