Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide support to facilities across our network. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention in a highly distributed workforce.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least five years of general HR experience in a corporate setting, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience providing general HR support in a corporate HR department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.

• Provide HR support to facilities in employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Partner with facility leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives.

Position Summary:

This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

Education/Qualifications:

• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
