Job summary

This position reports to the VP/GM and collaborates with regional finance on monthly closings and annual budget planning, while handling HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance with discretion and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years HR/Business Administration or Office Management experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and HR metrics.
• Able to work independently with minimal daily direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative services, records, and information systems.
• Oversee accounts payable, monthly financial reports, and budget processes.
• Administer HR processes including benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll.
• Support employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
