Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced HR & Finance Manager for a full-time, temporary maternity leave coverage in Plano, TX. You will oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, and financial reporting, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong Paycom expertise, HR leadership background, and hands-on financial operations experience in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR leadership, recruiting, or related functions.
• 3+ years hands-on Paycom experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
• Experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Manage payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration in Paycom.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and analytics for leadership.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
