Job summary

Netflix is seeking an HR Specialist to support the Talent Experience Operations team in delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will be the primary contact for HR inquiries, supporting onboarding, compensation and benefits, while partnering with local teams to resolve staffing issues.

With 2+ years in HR and hands-on experience with Workday, Zendesk, and Google Workspace, you will help improve HR processes, SOPs, and the knowledge base, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of HR/shared work experience.
Experience using HR tools (Workday, Zendesk, Google Workplace).
Focus on the user and finding solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating SOPs.
Willingness to work shifts and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for benefits, onboarding, and compensation questions.
Ensure data accuracy through system controls and processes.
Contribute to programs that reach all employees and run smoothly.
Improve the employee experience and HR processes.
Learn new tools to simplify, automate, and optimize HR work.
Create, develop, and manage the HR knowledge base.
