This group needs an HR partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for high-achieving leaders. You will contribute to and support the implementation of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for the team, continuously adapting and upgrading our talent processes over time. The Netflix Senior HRBP role is unique in that you will be responsible for decision making and organizational planning, compensation, employee development, talent recruitment, and much more. In this role, leading, demonstrating, defining and reshaping Netflix's culture is paramount. They will be the custodians of our culture, valuing different ideas and people, and training leaders to be competent, compassionate, knowledgeable and courageous in these endeavors. In addition to providing training to developing leaders and their incoming teams, this individual will need to have the ability to act across businesses and work with talent partners. Increased awareness of business needs will ultimately lead to better relationships and the execution of larger initiatives.
