As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual performs a variety of complex and confidential administrative duties necessary for the Human Resources function to run effectively and efficiently. This individual will interact with the North America Executive Team and other senior leaders on a daily basis on behalf of the function and CHRO. This position also plays an active role in the departmental projects and processes and provides analytical and specialized administrative support of strategic planning and general department efficiency.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be successful by being proactive in your work and maintaining a growth mindset as someone always looking to grow and improve performance and impact. Leading with confidentiality and discretion will be of the utmost importance given the sensitive nature of this work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs diverse administrative duties involving high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Manage all travel (domestic & international) needs and expenses for executive. May assist broader team.
- Monitor and prioritize executives’ email; respond and handle tasks when appropriate.
- Identify process improvements, minimize administrative tasks completed by team members and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.
- Anticipate needs and prepare preliminary work on various projects. May need to follow up with executive’s subordinates to ensure completion of work as requested.
- Assemble and analyze information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda. Correct, edit, rephrase, and provide punctuation as necessary to ensure that the final copy conveys the intended meaning and is correct in detail.
- Process purchase orders and invoices on behalf of the department
- Establish, maintain, and revise procedures & policies for direct job responsibilities.
- Assist in arrangement of company events, departmental meetings, conferences, and trainings on and off site.

To be considered for the Executive Assistant role, you must have
:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience providing administrative support at the executive level
- Strong Microsoft Office experience specifically in Outlook
- Moderate expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $60,000 - $90,000
This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
