Role: HR Executive - Talent & Engagement


Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote | Reports to: Head of Partnerships

Role Summary

Learn with Leaders is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive who will support key people operations, assist with talent acquisition, and lead the company’s presence and engagement on LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing systems, and building brand visibility through digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Talent Operations:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
  • Support internal HR processes such as employee engagement, policy implementation, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with different teams for performance management and team development initiatives.
  • Organize virtual team-building activities and internal communications.

LinkedIn Engagement & Employer Branding:

  • Manage and grow Learn with Leaders presence on LinkedIn.
  • Create and schedule content related to culture, job openings, leadership insights, and student success stories.
  • Engage with relevant industry groups, education communities, and partner networks.
  • Track and report on post-performance metrics and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and partnerships teams for unified brand messaging.


Qualifications


Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations, recruitment, or employer branding; LinkedIn engagement experience preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, HRMS platforms, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Eye for creative content, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.

Mindset:

  • Self-starter, people-first approach, proactive in communication.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, global team.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.


Bonus:

  • Experience with Canva or social media tools.
