SourcePro Search is looking for driven and experienced Independent Contract Recruiters to join our high-performance team. This is a commission-only role with exceptional earning potential—up to 50% commission on placements. This opportunity is perfect for seasoned recruiters seeking income flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work from anywhere.

Location: Remote

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor – Commission Based (No Base Salary)

Industries: Legal, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Accounting, Startups, Engineering, IT, and Pharmaceutical.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and place candidates in Legal, Financial, Engineering, IT, Industrial, Accounting, and Manufacturing roles
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle—from sourcing to successful placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Use a variety of recruiting methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, AI tools, and your professional network
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Achieve weekly and monthly placement goals

Who You Are:

• A self-motivated, results-oriented recruiter with a proven track record
• Experienced in full-cycle recruiting (2+ years preferred)
• Skilled in networking, communication, and relationship management
• Comfortable operating independently in a 100% commission-based environment
• Familiar with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Loxo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
