Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead ethics and governance across all business segments. You will maintain the Code of Ethics, conduct risk assessments, and develop policies, with oversight from SHI Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in HR or related field.
• SHRM certification preferred; or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
• Understanding of HR laws and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHI's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Lead corporate governance audits across business segments.
• Develop ethics policies, statements, and training materials.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor regulatory changes.
• Provide guidance on governance issues and collaborate with Legal.
