Job summary

Florida State University is seeking an ERP Analyst I to support the University's ERP system, focusing on HR and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent, and experience with SQL or HR/payroll enterprise systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent with four years of experience or post-high school education substituting for experience at the given rate.
• SQL or query experience preferred for reporting, analysis and data validation.
• Experience supporting higher education enterprise HR and/or Payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IT business systems analyst work for HR and payroll processes within the ERP system.
• Assist in building, maintaining and coordinating development of business solutions and processes within the ERP HR system and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain lower ERP HR environments ensuring data is current and in-sync across modules related to pay cycle processing.
• Create simple to medium complexity queries and support FACET reports.
• Provide backup for Benefits, eORR, Training Administration, and Payroll Operations when needed.
• Document procedures and assist with testing scenarios to ensure ERP HR system integrity.
