Job summary

Division of Personnel Government of the VI is seeking a Data Processing Analyst to support MIS operations, ERP terminal processes, and STATS tasks under direct supervision.

The role includes payroll and accounts payable processing, ACH payments, and end-user support. You will maintain logs, generate reports, and collaborate with software providers to resolve data issues in the ERP/FMS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIS operations and ERP data handling.
• Ability to process payroll, accounts payable, and tax-related transactions.
• Ability to maintain logs and support end-users in ERP/FMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll, accounts payable, income tax refunds, and other checks and ACH payments as required, per the division’s schedule.
• Processes ACH payment data and submits to respective banking institutions or Treasury Division as necessary.
• Interfaces with ERP for transaction processing (import/export of electronic data) including payroll deposits and tax-related deposits.
• Generates reports, hardcopy or electronic, from check runs and ERP/STATS processing.
• Assists with developing and implementing document processing workflows to accommodate end-user requests.
• Maintains logs of operational tasks and defects; updates Helpdesk with status and resolutions.
• Updates manuals to reflect evolving MIS operations.
• Resolves end-user data input and reporting issues in ERP/STATS environments.
