Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, across corporate and retail/field roles.
• Experience with high-volume sourcing and candidate pipelining.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail/field roles using LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and other channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders; manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Draft offers and support compensation validation within budgets.
• Serve as main candidate contact, ensuring timely communication and a positive brand experience.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS, Excel trackers, and HR systems; report key recruitment metrics.
