Job summary

Averro in Seattle is seeking an experienced HR Employee Services Analyst on a 6-month contract to support employees and managers and drive operational excellence across HR.

The role will act as a subject matter expert across payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave administration, and HR systems, handling complex cases, translating policy updates into standardized processes, and partnering with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits, or related HR functions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including Core and HR Help.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a high-volume service environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with HR systems and case management applications.

Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — in office a couple of days per week

Remote: Candidates residing elsewhere in Washington State may be considered for remote work

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced HR Employee Services Analyst to provide advanced support to employees and managers while helping drive operational excellence across HR Employee Services.

The HR Employee Services Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert across HR programs, policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave administration, and HR systems. This role will handle complex employee cases, translate policy and legislative updates into standardized processes, and identify opportunities to improve HR operations and the overall employee experience. You’ll partner closely with HR Employee Services Center Operations, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Talent, HRMS, and business leaders to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits, or related HR functions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including Core and HR Help
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a high-volume service environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience working with HR systems and case management applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Copilot
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits, or related HR experience
• 2+ years of experience working with UKG Pro (Core, HR Help)
