Job summary

Palms in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Human Resources Representative (Employee Concierge) to serve as an internal resource and liaison for employees. The role supports the HR tech tools, including Workday, and processes new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations with I-9 verification.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in HR or related admin work within a casino/resort setting, are Spanish bilingual, and demonstrate strong MS Office skills along with a client-focused service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of Human Resource experience or related administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a similar casino and resort setting.
• Spanish bilingual required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides internal guest service to employees by consistently demonstrating property guest service standards and accurately and effectively answering employee questions.
• Supports employees on the utilization of Human Resources technology for both online and telephone access, including Workday and the Benefits Service Center.
• Provides useful suggestions and recommendations to employees to enhance their employee experience through self-service.
• Processes all employee information for new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations information including I-9 verification.
• Performs special projects and assignments as requested by department management.
• Performs administrative and clerical support related to other areas of Human Resources including team member relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance and training.
• Performs other duties as required.
