Qualifications

• Hilton-branded hotel experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities, including postings, candidate communication, interviews, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and ensure all employment documentation is complete.
• Maintain confidential team member records with accuracy.
• Serve as a resource on policies, benefits, and workplace questions.
• Partner with leaders to support staffing, retention, and development.
• Assist with employee relations and escalate concerns when needed.
• Coordinate training and hotel or brand-required programs.
• Support performance reviews, coaching, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and related processes.
• Prepare reports and internal audits; ensure policy compliance.
