Pineacrescenter in West Des Moines, IA seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance in a post-acute care setting.

You will oversee interviews, background checks, employee records, scheduling, attendance, disciplinary actions, and payroll processing, ensuring accurate, policy-driven administration. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years HR leadership are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in human resource management.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines for personnel administration in post-acute care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Checks applications and arranges interviews.
• Maintains job applications for personnel eligible to work.
• Conducts employee background checks.
• Develops and implements a recruitment, selection and training plan for competent personnel.
• Hires personnel and conducts onboarding.
• Maintains personnel records and filing system in compliance with employment practices.
• Assists with scheduling work hours, personnel, and vacation schedules.
• Maintains attendance records and records of counseling, warnings and disciplinary actions.
• Terminates employees with proper documentation and coordination with leadership.
• Reviews time cards for accuracy.
• Reviews and processes payroll for the facility.
