Job summary

Pointe Meadows Health and Rehabilitation seeks an enthusiastic HR/Payroll Representative and AP Manager to lead our HR and payroll functions. This role oversees staff records, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and accounts payable in a long-term care setting.

You will report to the Administrator and ensure timely payroll and accurate vendor payments. Ideal candidates have HR experience in healthcare and are able to manage confidential information, train staff, and support regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preference for HR experience in hospital, long-term care, or related facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR, payroll, and AP operations for the facility.
• Process payroll twice monthly and ensure final pay per state law.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor records, and payments.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; maintain staff files.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
