Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3–5 years professional experience in HR administration.
• Strong computer skills; ability to learn HRIS programs.
• SHRM certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of employees.
• Manage employee relations and workers’ compensation; administer FMLA.
• Oversee payroll time-card submission and company benefits.
• Consult with Executive Director and HR leadership on policies and terminations.
