Job summary

You will oversee recruiting, employee engagement, training, retention, benefits, compliance, and HR operations, while promoting accountability and continuous improvement, with Paycom HRIS and payroll as key systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
