The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with a preference for candidates from the lifescience industry. Responsibilities include managing compliance, developing workplace culture, and negotiating employee relations. Qualifications

• 10 years of work experience.
• More than 5 years of team management experience.
• Managed teams with over 21 subordinates.
• Experience in the lifescience industry, IVD preferred.
• Less than 7 companies worked for, no consulting experience.
• OSHA certified preferred.
• SHRM certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Lead recruitment efforts and utilize data-driven methods to attract talent.
• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and minimize legal risks.
• Utilize HR analytics for strategic workforce planning and performance.
• Cultivate a strong, values-driven workplace culture.
• Foster effective communication with senior leadership and employees.
• Manage complex negotiations regarding compensation and employee relations.
• Proven experience in managing HR crises.
