A multi-national biotech organization is seeking an experienced HR Director to demonstrate comprehensive HR functional expertise, lead recruiting strategies, and cultivate employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with a preference for candidates from the lifescience industry. Responsibilities include managing compliance, developing workplace culture, and negotiating employee relations. Competenze

• 10 years of work experience.
• More than 5 years of team management experience.
• Managed teams with over 21 subordinates.
• Experience in the lifescience industry, IVD preferred.
• Less than 7 companies worked for, no consulting experience.
• OSHA certified preferred.
• SHRM certified preferred.
