Ready Foods, Inc. in Denver seeks a Production Manager to drive the execution of production goals, ensure a safe environment, and build a team culture aligned with our mission.
This full-time, salaried role reports to the Plant Manager and emphasizes Lean, continuous improvement, and HACCP/GMP/FDA/USDA compliance. You will supervise production supervisors, coordinate schedules with other departments, and lead with humility to deliver reliable results.

Our new Production Manager is responsible for the execution of Ready Food’s production goals and objectives. The Production Manager ensures a safe environment aligned with Ready Foods safety values. The Production Manager will also ensure there is a team culture that is in alignment with Ready Foods’ mission, vision, and strategic plans. The position is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
