Ready Foods, a Denver-based food manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead day-to-day HR operations and help build scalable people systems for the company's growth.
This hands-on, leadership role oversees HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent processes and HR technology, including UKG, and partners with Operations and Training to align people initiatives with Lean and digital transformation.
Ready Foods is a Denver-based, family-owned food manufacturer on a transformation journey. While rooted in more than five decades of manufacturing excellence, we are building the next generation of food manufacturing by combining Lean principles, Industry 4.0 technologies, digital transformation and systems thinking.
Across our 4 Denver facilities, we are creating a connected enterprise that leverages data, automation, continuous improvement and employee expertise to drive better decisions and better outcomes. Our culture is built on respect for people, operational excellence, learning, collaboration and a relentless pursuit of improvement. We are looking for individuals who want to help shape the future of manufacturing while making a meaningful impact on our customers, employees and community.
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead our day-to-day HR function while helping build the people systems needed for Ready Foods' future.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the realities of HR today while continually improving how we work. The HR Director will lead HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent processes and HR technology while developing a strong, capable HR team.
The HR Director will also oversee our Training function. The Training Manager will continue to lead Training strategy and day-to-day operations, while the HR Director ensures learning and capability development connect to our broader people and business priorities.
Experience with multi-site manufacturing, UKG, Lean or continuous improvement is a plus.
You’ll be successful here if you can balance people, business and systems thinking. You build trust without avoiding accountability, develop others instead of making yourself indispensable and look beyond individual problems to understand what may be happening in the broader system.
This isn’t an opportunity to simply maintain an HR department. It’s an opportunity to help Ready Foods build a stronger People & Capability System for the future.
