EPIC Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources department and foster a positive, productive workplace in a healthcare setting. You will drive employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and team development to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, while maintaining confidential records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous HR management experience required.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
