Epic Healthcare in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources department, focusing on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and building strong teams.

You will oversee daily HR functions, onboarding, benefits, records, training, policy development, and workforce planning while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with facility leadership to support a positive, compliant workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field preferred.
• Previous HR management experience required.
• Healthcare/long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong leadership with ability to work with staff at all levels.

• Partner with department leaders on staffing and workforce needs
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Conduct and/or coordinate staff training as needed
• Prepare HR reports and assist administration with workforce planning
• Support facility leadership with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
