Job summary

Corps Team client in Frisco, TX seeks an experienced HR Data Steward for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role requires three days on-site weekly and focuses on data analysis, data quality, and supporting decision-making through statistical modeling.

You will collect data sources, analyze trends, develop reports for business, finance and investment management, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 2+ years of experience; 3+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with statistical methods to determine market conditions and inform business initiatives.
• Identify trends from modelling to inform product development and marketing decisions.
• Develop data mining models and statistical reporting to identify key customer segments.
• Prepare detailed reports for business, finance and investment management based on data summaries.
• Identify opportunities and risks through data analysis and report findings.
