Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree; MS/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in data science or analytics.
• Deep expertise in quantitative research methods, modeling, and ML.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise HR data science strategy and standards.
• Lead HR data science team building predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive models.
• Establish quality standards for HR research, model development, validation, and storytelling.
• Own employee listening strategy including surveys and continuous listening.
• Translate insights into clear, prioritized actions for HR leaders and product teams.
• Develop enterprise HR knowledge management capabilities and reuse across the org.
• Embed insights and models into HR workflows, products, and experiences.
• Own Responsible AI standards for HR data science and ethics.
